Our wellness services complement but do not replace professional medical care. You should consult with qualified healthcare professionals before beginning any new fitness, nutrition, or wellness programme.

Participation in physical activities carries inherent risks. You acknowledge that you participate voluntarily and assume responsibility for any injuries or health complications that may arise.

All content, materials, and resources provided by FloW are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. This includes our methodologies, written materials, audio recordings, and visual content.

You may use our materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our content without express written permission is prohibited.

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information and consultation details. Our privacy practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Information shared during private consultations remains confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary for your immediate safety.

Payment terms are clearly communicated at the time of booking. All fees are due prior to service delivery unless alternative arrangements have been made.

Cancellation policies vary by service type. Generally, 24-48 hours notice is required for individual sessions, whilst programme cancellations may be subject to different terms as outlined in your service agreement.

AURALYA Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the specific service in question.

We provide our services 'as is' without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from our wellness programmes.

These terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius.

We will attempt to resolve any disputes through good faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
