Space designed for safety

These sessions are held in low light, in silence broken only by breath. You'll be guided through meditation that drops you beneath thought. Breathwork that shifts your nervous system from fight to rest. Somatic practices that help emotion move through your body instead of staying lodged in your throat, your chest, the places you've learned to hold tension.

Seventy-five minutes. Maximum sixteen women. Space designed for safety-the kind that lets you feel without performing, process without explaining.
